観光案内を見ると深大寺の周りには蕎麦屋が19ほどあるらしい。
Looking at the tourist information,it seems that there are about 19 soba restaurants near Jindaiji.(Soba noodles are made from buckwheat flour.Jindaiji is a famous Buddhist temple.)
これほど蕎麦屋の数があるとお気に入りの店を探すのは大変です。
If there are so many soba restaurants,it's hard to find your favorite restaurant.
東京と川崎を自転車で往復する度に1店舗ずつ食べ歩いているのですが、今のところお気に入りは多聞というそば屋です。
Every time I go back and forth between Tokyo and Kwasaki by bicycle,I walk around eating soba at one store at a time,but at the moment my favorite soba restaurant is Tamon.
お品書きの1番目の「多聞そば」を注文します。なぜなら、この蕎麦が最もオーソドックスで材料のそば粉も上質だからです。

蕎麦の麺はツヤがあり美しく輝いて(写真の蕎麦の麺を拡大して見てください。)、少し辛めのそば汁を付けていただくと、やや強い腰のある麺から蕎麦の風味が口の中に広がります。
